PROTECTION OF REPORTERS' IDENTITY

Reports may be submitted by name or anonymously. The reporting person can count on extensive protection against the negative consequences of reporting violations. In particular, the whistleblower will not be affected by any retaliation, and his identity, if made available to company representatives processing the report, will be disclosed to a very limited group.

The reporting platform does not collect and does not, as a rule, store data about applicants (unless they provide it voluntarily). In cases arising from the provisions of law, data from the platform may be used by state authorities to identify the reporting person. The identity of the applicant may be determined on the basis of information collected, for example, by the Internet connection operator.

If you wish to remain fully anonymous, we recommend that you adhere to the following rules:

  • Do not submit reports from your work device and/or corporate network.
  • Avoid providing information that clearly identifies the reporter in the content of the report (e.g. "my subordinate John Example tried to bribe me in exchange for a higher quarterly bonus")
  • In the case of uploading attachments, remove the metadata indicating the author from them (often this type of information is found in the properties of documents created in the office suite or in the EXIF data of photo files)
  • In order to hide network traffic from the operator and mask the identifiers of your computer or smartphone, it is worth using VPN services or running the TOR browser (or use both methods together).

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

The application should be completed as complete as possible. In the case of reports that are not sufficiently precise (e.g. with regard to people, dates, description of the event, etc.), it may not be possible to effectively confirm them and take appropriate remedial steps.

During registration, the applicant will receive a string of characters that will be the identifier of his application. Using it, he will be able to check the status of the application handling or anonymously answer any questions sent by persons examining the application. Just enter the ID on the "View application status" page
